  Michael J. Echevarria - President

Education: Florida State University (B.S., 1979); South Texas College of Law (J.D., 1982). Admitted to The Florida Bar 1983. Since that time, Mr. Echevarria's emphasis has been in foreclosure and bankruptcy law serving the mortgage banker in the resolution and workout of troubled loans. His experience in handling a large volume of foreclosures and bankruptcies throughout the State of Florida has given him insight into how to compress the foreclosure and bankruptcy processes in Florida to their shortest possible time frames.
