Executive Management

The executive management of the firm is composed of seasoned veterans of the mortgage industry with an average experience level of over 16 years.  Each team member brings their unique skills and perspectives from their distinguished careers in the mortgage industry. Each of our executive management groups has participated as keynote speakers on a broad number of mortgage industry related topics. The team members and their qualifications are as follows:

 MICHAEL J. ECHEVARRIA: Managing Partner

Education:  Florida State University (BS, 1979); South Texas College of Law (JD, 1982).  Admitted to Florida Bar 1983.  Since that time, Mr. Echevarria's emphasis has been in foreclosure and bankruptcy law serving the mortgage banker in the resolution and workout of troubled loans.  His experience in handling a large volume of foreclosures and bankruptcies throughout the State of Florida has given him insight into how to compress the foreclosure and bankruptcy processes in Florida to their shortest possible time frames.  He is admitted to the Bars of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.  He is a title insurance agent with First American Title Services, Inc. Mr. Echevarria is also a founder and a lead consultant of Firm Solutions, Inc., a business and technology consulting business with specialty expertise in law practice management and mortgage banking.
